I am joined by Franceso Fantinel, Restaurant Manager and Sommelier at Harrys London whose mother is Sardinian and has spent most years of his life visiting Sardinia. He shares his experiences of the island, including places to visit, the beaches, a few interesting food pairings, and of course his favourite wines from this island.
